Kirk & Williams: Attorneys at Law

The office of Kirk & Williams, Attorneys at Law, is based in Midland, Texas. The firm's founding attorney is Carol Kirk who founded the office in 1984. Carol received her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 1981.

Paul Williams is from San Antonio. He earned his a BA of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M in College Station, Texas. Paul received his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law. In 1981 he was a city attorney for Midland Texas. Williams later moved on to become a county attorney and in 1988 he joined Carol in their practice.

Paul Williams met his wife, Carol, at Texas Tech University and they married in 1984. Paul Williams is an avid reader, big sports fan and found great interest in NASA and the Lunar Missions since his youth.
